Leave it to Aleatha to end my book slump.  At this moment I both love and hate her.  I love that she ended , my books slump that went on for way too long.  I hate her because – CLIFFHANGER!!!  But I did know that going into it.  This is not my first Aleatha rodeo.  But still!!!!!  What a cliffy it was.  She never ceases to amaze me with her plot twists and cliffies.  This book is the continuation of the Sparrow series.  But it can definitely be read without reading the first two series (Web of Sin and Tangles Web).  But, holy cow!, goo read those too.  They are so amazing too.

This is everything I have come to expect from Aleatha!  This is Patrick’s story, I had hoped she would explore his life and now she has.

GO READ IT!  YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
