Let me start by saying – there is a third book – Cruel Legacy!!!  Holy cow!  I was reading this book and the percentage was getting up there and I was wondering – how is she going to pull this all together?  The answer is – she isn’t!!  There is a book three!  Let me repeat it – there is a book 3.  I am not really sure why I did not know what, but I am forever thankful for that knowledge now.  Anyway…. I digress……

Cruel Fortune is everything you have come to expect from Ms Linde.  This book picks up a year after Cruel Money leaves off.  Natalie has everything she has ever dreamed of and on one night in New York City, it all comes crashing down.  Penn is not willing to accept things are over and wants to win her back, but other people have other plans.  I won’t give away more than that because – see first paragraph!!

This is definitely a must read! If you have not read Cruel Money – what are you waiting for?  Go – now!!

If you need me I will be sitting in the corner, counting down the days until Cruel Legacy releases.
