Holy cow, this series just keeps getting better and better! Defiant Queen had me on the edge of my seat, crushing my kindle and screaming!!!
Lachlan and Kiera’s story continues on from Ruthless King and we learn so much more about Mount and why he is the man that he is. He is definitely the “villain” that I love to hate. I went back and forth so many times on how I feel about him. I am still totally undecided. He intrigues me and turns me on, yet I would really like to punch him in the throat.
I really like Kiera. It is nice to have a heroine that kicks ass and not cries and whines about every little thing. She and Lachlan together are scorching…phew!!!
I am DYING for book three in the series. How will this all end? I am being honest when I say you will not be sorry when you dive into these delicious books!!!!
