This is my first book by Leann Ashers and I am happy to report that I loved it. I kept hearing that she wrote “safe” MC books and now I totally understand what that means. It was a breath of fresh air. But let me tell you, in no way does safe mean boring.
Butcher was whoa – a definite alpha male looking to protect (after stalking lol) his woman. Shay was a great match for him. She is no nonsense and able to protect herself. Amazingly though, they are completely sweet together.
I am definitely going back to read the first books in the series as I need to know more about the MC and I need to experience more of the author’s words. An absolute must read!
