The follow-up to Big Girls Do It Running does not disappoint! Big Girls Do It Stronger is full of amazing stories, insights, tips, tricks and recipes to continue to help you on your journey to get healthy!

After having read both books I must say that besides the recipes, Jasinda’s stories are the best part of the books. She humanizes her weight loss journey in a fun way that makes the reader relate to her and feel good about the path they are on.

Anyone looking to lose weight and get healthy not only for themselves but also for their family needs to read about the Wilder Way. I am finally ready to start my own journey and get fit and fabulous for me!!!!
