Synopsis:

He’s not perfect, but he’s all I want…

I’m your average girl at your average high school, trying to figure out my place in life. After catching my now ex-boyfriend messing around with my now ex-best friend, I’ve made some big changes. No more band, no more backstabbing friends and no more boring old life. Now I have new friends, a new job and new interests.

But there’s a certain someone who’s interested in me, and I don’t get it. Jordan Tuttle could have anyone he wants. He’s the most popular boy in school. Rich, gorgeous, smart and the star quarterback, he’s perfect. Yet he acts like he wants no one else but…me.

So despite my fears and doubt, I let him get close. Probably too close. I discover that he’s not so perfect after all, but it doesn’t matter. I’m falling for him, even though he runs so hot and cold. I know someday he’s going to break my heart.

And I’m going to let him.

5 STARS

Ever since I read Just Friends I have been craving more of Amanda and Tuttle. More Than Friends went beyond my expectations. I did not expect to be so thoroughly captivated by these characters and their story.

Amanda and Tuttle are an unlikely couple. He is rich, a football player, and a ladies man. She is middle class, a former “band geek”, and has only had one boyfriend. They hang with totally different people, only knowing each other because of their friendships with Dustin and Olivia. I love how Tuttle set his sights on Amanda and just knew that they would be perfect together but I also loved that Amanda felt that she needed to guard her heart until she knew for sure that what they had was real. These two character’s sexual tension was amazing considering this is labeling a YA Romance. It was hotter then many NA and Contemporary Romances that I have read. I have to say that sometimes just the touches, kisses, and whispers can have more of an affect then straight out sex. How Amanda and Tuttle react to one another is very sensual and I loved it!!!

The characters in Just Friends (Book #1) and More Than Friends (Book #2)  are interwoven so I would suggest reading book 1 first. You will get more out of the story. I am dying to find out what happens next between my favorite couple!!!!!
